Yearlings
These great young prospects are available from last year's foal crop. We hold on to a few of our favourite weanlings each year, with the intention of eventually integrating them into our saddle horse pen or broodmare band. In the meantime, we may offer the public a chance to own a registered quarter horse that already has a year of growth under their belt!
When you purchase a yearling, you get a horse that you can enjoy raising from a young age, without having to wait quite as long to ride them. These colts should be ready to start next spring/summer. Best of all, you get a very well-informed idea of how they will mature, both mentally and physically. Prices start at $3500 plus 5% GST.
